These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WorkersFromNepal.com (the “Website”), operated by Green Outdoors Global Private Limited (“GOGPL”, “Green Outdoors Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an India-based international manpower consultancy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Website — including browsing its pages or submitting an enquiry form — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website. These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy, our Recruitment and Compliance Disclaimer and our Cookie Notice.

2. Description of service

WorkersFromNepal.com is a workforce-information and lead-generation platform. It publishes information about workforce categories, sourcing methods, hiring processes and destination countries, and provides enquiry forms through which employers, recruitment agencies, immigration lawyers and workforce-mobility partners can submit a manpower requirement or partnership enquiry to Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd.

Submitting an enquiry through the Website, or receiving a response to one, does not by itself create any recruitment engagement, employment relationship, or contractual obligation between you and GOGPL. Any recruitment, deployment or partnership engagement is agreed separately, in writing, once a requirement has been reviewed and terms have been discussed directly.

3. Not an employment contract — no guaranteed outcomes

The Website is an information and enquiry-routing tool. It is not itself an employment contract, a job-placement guarantee, or an offer of employment to any candidate, and it does not guarantee any employer that a recruitment requirement will be fulfilled. Recruitment of workers from Nepal is coordinated through appropriately licensed Nepal recruitment partners and remains subject to Nepal's foreign-employment framework, destination-country immigration and employment law, employer selection, and government approvals. No outcome — including candidate selection, work permits, visas, travel dates or employment — is guaranteed. 4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, all text, graphics, logos, layouts and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages of the Website for your own personal or internal business use in connection with a genuine enquiry. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Website content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any enquiry form;
• use the Website or its forms for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose unrelated to a genuine workforce or partnership enquiry;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe or compromise the security or availability of the Website;
• copy, scrape or harvest content from the Website using automated means, other than standard search-engine indexing; or
• use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent or restrict access where these Terms are breached.

6. Enquiry forms & third-party processing

Enquiry forms on the Website are processed through a third-party form provider (Zoho, crm.zoho.in). Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, in relation to the form provider's own technical processing, its terms. See our Cookie Notice for information about cookies that may be set when a form loads.

7. Third-party links & network sites

The Website may link to, or reference, other websites operated by Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd or its network — including GreenOutdoorsGlobal.com, GreenOutdoors.in, NepaleseWorker.com and WorkersFromIndia.com — as well as unrelated third-party websites (for example, government portals). Each linked site operates under its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Workforce categories, corridor availability and process information are subject to change without notice, including as a result of regulatory changes in Nepal or destination countries.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from any recruitment outcome (or lack of one) referred to in Section 3. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including your rights as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or any applicable consumer-protection law. Where such a right applies, these Terms operate subject to it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or from information you submit through the Website that is false, misleading or infringes the rights of a third party.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 9, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
