Recruitment and Compliance Disclaimer

Last reviewed: 1 August 2026 · Issued by: Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd

This Recruitment and Compliance Disclaimer explains the basis on which Green Outdoors Global Private Limited (“GOGPL”, “Green Outdoors Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”) coordinates the recruitment of workers from Nepal for international employers, recruitment agencies, immigration lawyers and workforce-mobility partners. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of this disclaimer

International recruitment involves several parties and regulatory steps — Nepal's foreign-employment framework, destination-country immigration and employment law, employer selection, and government approvals in both Nepal and the destination country. This page sets out clearly what GOGPL does and does not undertake as part of that process, and what employers, partners and candidates should understand before relying on our workforce-sourcing services.

2. Licensed recruitment framework

Recruitment of Nepalese citizens coordinated through GOGPL is carried out through appropriately licensed Nepal recruitment partners, operating under Nepal's Foreign Employment Act and the regulatory oversight of the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE), Nepal. GOGPL holds an MEA Recruiting Agent Licence (India) numbered B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023, issued in connection with our role in coordinating overseas recruitment from the India side of the process.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

GOGPL does not guarantee, and no page on this Website should be read as guaranteeing:

All recruitment activity remains subject to employer selection, candidate eligibility, applicable law in Nepal and the destination country, and the decisions of the relevant government authorities. Timelines communicated during a requirement review are indicative only and depend on documentation readiness and regulatory processing times outside our control.

4. Employer responsibilities

Employers and recruitment partners engaging workers through this process are responsible for providing lawful, accurate and complete information regarding the terms of employment on offer, including pay, working hours, accommodation arrangements, insurance coverage, permissible deductions, and worker responsibilities. GOGPL relies on the information provided by employers and partners when presenting a requirement to candidates, and expects that information to be accurate and to comply with the applicable law of the destination country.

5. Our role

GOGPL's role is to coordinate the sourcing, screening and documentation-support process between employers or partners and licensed Nepal recruitment agencies — reviewing requirements, helping validate the recruitment pathway, and supporting candidates and employers through screening, documentation and mobilisation steps. GOGPL does not itself decide immigration, visa or work-permit outcomes; those decisions rest with the competent government authorities in Nepal and the destination country, and final candidate selection rests with the employer.

6. Destination-country law & government approvals

Recruitment coordinated through GOGPL is subject to the immigration, labour and employment law of the destination country in question, as well as any bilateral labour agreements or quotas that may apply between Nepal and that country. Requirements, processing times and eligibility criteria vary by country and can change without notice. Employers, partners and candidates should confirm current requirements with the relevant destination-country authorities before finalising travel or deployment plans.

7. Verifying our licence & current details

Licence numbers, registrations and regulatory requirements can be updated by the issuing authorities from time to time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this page accurate, we recommend that employers, partners and candidates independently verify our current licensing status and any recruitment agency's status directly through the official channels of the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE), Nepal and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, rather than relying solely on this page.

8. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our recruitment process. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
